PO confirm---Develop mold according to drawing or sample---Develop chemical formula according to specifications---Mix the raw material as per formula---Prepare and Install the mold on the machine---Preform the rubber compound---Put the compound into mold and vulcanization with certain temperature and pressure---After a while, remove the goods from the mold---Trimming the flash---Inspection---Packing---Shipping

Rubber is subdivided into many materials, including butadiene rubber NBR, silicone rubber PMQ/VMQ, ethylene propylene rubber EPDM, fluorine rubber FKM is a common material in the rubber sealing gasket, so what are their respective resistant media?

1. NBR: suitable for petroleum products, air with oil vapor, vegetable oil and mineral oil, but not suitable for phosphate ester series hydraulic oil and gear oil containing extreme pressure additives, the use temperature is -40-120℃.

2, PMQ/VMQ silicone rubber gasket: suitable for drinking water, hot water, oil-free air to send high temperature steam, but not for petroleum media, the use of temperature is -60-230℃.

3, EPDM ethylene propylene rubber sealing gasket: suitable for hot water, dilute acid, oil-free air and a variety of chemicals, good weather resistance, but not for petroleum media, the use of temperature is -50-150℃.

4, FKM fluorine rubber gasket: suitable for a variety of hydrogenated acid, petroleum, halogenated jing, lubricating oil, hydraulic liquid, organic liquid and air containing hydrocarbons, the service temperature is -20-150℃.
