Propylene rubber (EPDM) basic characteristics

1 The relative density of EPDM is also small (0.85-0.86), and it still has the characteristics of ozone resistance, weather resistance, heat resistance and chemical stability of binary EPDM.

2 Sulfur accelerator vulcanization system can be used, can also be used organic peroxide cross-linking, and the preparation of high strength products.

3 Good low temperature resistance, good electrical insulation performance.

4 With the capacity to accommodate a high amount of fillers and oils.

5 Compatible with unsaturated rubber, low unsaturated rubber and plastic.

6 Due to the good surface of vulcanized rubber with high physical properties, suitable for the production of foaming products.

7 Unvulcanized rubber has poor adhesion.

Application: Mainly used in automobile industry, wire and cable industry, building and waterproof materials, industrial rubber products, civil products, and other rubber and plastic resins and so on and blending, as well as making additives and so on.
