Nitrile butadiene rubber (NBR) O-ring application: in a variety of oil-resistant occasions are widely used, such as automotive electronic injection injector parts, various oil-resistant gaskets, seals, hose. Hydraulic pneumatic industry seals, cushion and other oil - resistant, wear-resistant rubber parts. In the nuclear industry, high saturation nitrile rubber can also be used as seals in nuclear power plants due to its radiation resistance.

The nitrile used in the NBR O ring has excellent oil resistance and non-G solvent resistance, but also has good mechanical properties and air tightness. It is suitable for aliphatic hydrocarbon (propane-hexane, mineral oil and grease, fuel oil), vegetable oil and animal oil, silicone oil, silicone grease, chemical fire extinguishing agent, acid and alkali salt solution diluted at low temperature, and water below 100℃ and other media. However, the resistance to aromatic solvents, halogenated hydrocarbon, ketone and ester solvents and strong acids and bases is poor.

PO confirm---Develop mold according to drawing or sample---Develop chemical formula according to specifications---Mix the raw material as per formula---Prepare and Install the mold on the machine---Preform the rubber compound---Put the compound into mold and vulcanization with certain temperature and pressure---After a while, remove the goods from the mold---Trimming the flash---Inspection---Packing---Shipping
