1, The drain leakage

Performance:

(1) When the installation is damaged, that is, the edges and corners of the spouses are scratched when the holes are crossed; ② the compression is too small;

The solution:

(1) the end of the shell is chamfered during installation to ensure that the O-type rubber sealing ring is not damaged by shear during installation; (2) Increase the compression amount appropriately.

2. Big leakage

Performance:

① O-type rubber sealing ring is corroded and swollen by the sealing medium;

② the gap value is too large, the O-type rubber sealing ring is extruded;

③O type rubber sealing ring section diameter unilateral thickness is not consistent, resulting in movement distortion damage;

(4) O type rubber sealing ring surface suffered serious friction damage;

Excessive shrinkage of O-type rubber sealing ring;

⑥O type rubber sealing ring lose elasticity;

The solution:

(1) Reduce the clearance value;

② Improve the material properties of O-type rubber sealing ring, prolong the service life;

③ Improve the oil resistance of O-type rubber sealing ring compound;

(4) Appropriately improve the hardness of O-type rubber sealing ring, reduce the friction coefficient;

When dynamic use, the inner diameter of the O-type rubber sealing ring should be slightly larger than the axial diameter;

Strengthen the O-type rubber sealing ring model size control and product inspection;

3, O type rubber sealing ring early damage

Performance:① Damaged during installation

② Too much compression, serious friction or shear

③ The choice of O-type rubber sealing ring or groove size is not appropriate

(4) O type rubber sealing ring is over-stretched and fractured prematurely

The solution:

(1) dynamic use, the inner diameter of the O-rubber sealing ring should be slightly larger than the axle diameter;

② Reduce the amount of compression;

(3) Correct selection of O-rubber sealing ring and groove;

(4) metal guide sleeve is used during installation;

4. Low temperature leakage

Performance: O-rubber seal ring loses elasticity at low temperature

Solution: improve the cold resistance of O-type rubber sealing ring compound

5. Excessive friction

Performance:

① Too much compression;

O type rubber sealing ring overflow or poor oil resistance, excessive swelling;

The solution:

(1) Reduce the amount of compression or correct groove size to improve the finish of the metal surface;

(2) the use of retaining ring to prevent O rubber sealing ring overflow or improve the oil resistance of O rubber sealing ring material;
