The main material of Chemical Resistant FKM O Ring is fluoro rubber, which is not only resistant to high temperature and chemical corrosion, but also has good anti-aging and ozone resistance properties, and its permeability is also very low, so it can adapt to relatively harsh working conditions. It can withstand temperatures up to 200 degrees Celsius while maintaining good wear resistance. It is resistant to hydraulic oil, fuel oil, lubricating oil, inorganic acid, aliphatic hydrocarbon, aromatic hydrocarbon, and other substances, but not suitable for environments containing esters, ethers, ketones, and other compounds.

Chemical Resistant FKM O Ring is stable and harmless under normal working conditions (temperature below 200 ℃). However, when encountering a high temperature of more than 300 degrees, such as the flame of the air-cutting machine, the fluoro rubber will release harmful gases. Inhalation of these gases or into the eyes may cause harm to human health. Once the fluororubber seal ring is heated to a high temperature of more than 300 degrees, it will be dangerous even after cooling treatment, so it must not be in direct contact with the skin.
