2. Raw materials preparation

3. The mixer

In order to make the raw gum and the compound can mix evenly with each other, it is necessary to process some materials, this process is called refining.

4. The mixing

In order to adapt to a variety of different conditions of use, obtain a variety of different properties, but also in order to improve the performance of rubber products and reduce the cost, it is necessary to add different complexes in the raw rubber. Blending is a process in which the refined raw rubber is mixed with the compound agent and placed in the rubber mixing machine. Through mechanical mixing, the compound agent is completely and evenly dispersed in the raw rubber.

5. Cutting material

According to the weight and size of the product, cut into different sizes and weights of strip raw materials, to be shaped vulcanization.

6 forming vulcanization

Cut the strip raw materials, into the mold, through the high temperature of the molding machine, the raw materials are melted in the mold forming.

7 Rough edge treatment

Separate the burrs from the product, including manual burrs and mechanical burrs.

8. Maintenance

Through the manual, the appearance of the poor product selection out, the appearance of the poor mainly includes rough edge, wind, dirty mold, unripe, lack of material, bubbling, etc.

9. Packing and shipping
