Polyurethane rubber O-ring, refers to the O-ring made of polyurethane rubber material. Polyurethane rubber is a kind of elastomer between natural rubber and general plastic. It is a kind of artificial polymer. At present, polyurethane rubber used in sheet metal pressure processing is mainly polyester pouring type. It has two acid condensation polymerization into molecular weight of about 2000, and become a lower molecular weight of the end group for the prepolymer, and according to the content of the end group, and MOCA melting mixed casting molding, and after secondary vulcanization and obtain different hardness of polyurethane rubber products.

Polyurethane rubber is an incompressible elastomer. It is compressed in one direction and expands in other directions. It has good anisotropic flow characteristics similar to liquid and can transfer pressure. From the mechanical properties and mechanical processing properties of polyurethane rubber to analyze, it has the following main advantages, so it can be used more and more widely in punching production, forming and elastic components and other aspects.

The hardness of the O-ring of polyurethane rubber is applicable to a large range. It can be adjusted between 20A and 90 degrees according to the different requirements of sheet metal processing.

The main advantages of polyurethane rubber O-ring are as follows

1. Excellent wear resistance, its wear resistance is 5~10 times of ordinary natural rubber.

2. Excellent compressive strength and incision tear strength. Ordinary natural rubber can withstand a large pressure of about 40Mpa, and the general compressive strength of polyurethane rubber can reach 160~100Mpa, sometimes even under 1000Mpa high pressure and ultra-high pressure work. Its resistance to incision tear is also much better than natural rubber.

3. High strength, good elasticity, and small deformation, it still has excellent elasticity in high hardness, that is, it still has good fluidity.

4. Good oil resistance, is 5~6 times of natural rubber, can resist the erosion of various oil products in the process of mechanical processing. Aging and impact resistance is also very good.

5. The elastic modulus is large, and the higher the hardness, the greater the elastic mold value. FIG. 2 shows a set of compression performance curves of domestic polyurethane rubber, which is obtained under the condition of unconstrained compression on both sides of the rubber module. It can be seen from the figure that the elastic modulus of polyurethane rubber with high hardness (95A) is much greater than that of polyurethane rubber with low hardness (70A).

6. Good mechanical processing performance, easy to process into various shapes of mold parts, to meet the requirements of assembly. The various properties of different polyurethane rubber are not the same. From the application of stamping and sheet metal process, the use value is the polyurethane rubber with a hardness of 70~95A. High hardness (90A, 95A) polyurethane rubber, as long as a small deformation can produce high unit pressure and shear force, but also good fluidity, this kind of rubber is mainly used in punching die, drop die and local forming die. The hardness of 70~80A rubber has very good fluidity, in the case of large compression can only cause a small deformation, but can produce a considerable unit pressure, this kind of rubber is mainly used in a variety of forming die and elastic components (top piece, unloader or blank holder, etc.).Small MOQ:Have variety Polyurethane O Ring in stock, so mini MOQ is acceptable.
