Rubber vulcanization pressure is an important factor to ensure the geometric size, structural density, physical and mechanical properties of rubber parts, but also to ensure that the surface of the parts is smooth without defects, to meet the requirements of sealing and airtight products. Vulcanization pressure is not random, vulcanization pressure is too large in addition to damage the mold, equipment, power consumption, but also affect the performance of the product. Frame pieces can damage the frame. Small pressure will directly affect the geometric size of the product and physical and mechanical properties.
The purpose of rubber products requiring vulcanization pressure is generally considered to be:
