PO confirm---Develop mold according to drawing or sample---Develop chemical formula according to specifications---Mix the raw material as per formula---Prepare and Install the mold on the machine---Preform the rubber compound---Put the compound into mold and vulcanization with certain temperature and pressure---After a while, remove the goods from the mold---Trimming the flash---Inspection---Packing---Shipping

Rubber gasket molded, also has a cutting, moulding is the use of hydraulic molding machine and mold pressing, cutting is using gasket cutting machine cutting, compared with moulding material, but is a single, a pair of mold can only do a kind of gaskets, gasket cutter cut can be any size within the range 1500 mm cut, but the utilization of plate is not high.

The main products of rubber gasket are: silicone gasket, butyl rubber gasket, fluorine rubber gasket, other rubber gasket.

Natural rubber (mainly used for gaskets that generally require elasticity only)

Epdm rubber (mainly required for water resistance, water vapor resistance, aging resistance gaskets)

Butyl rubber (gasket with good sealing performance required)

Ding Qing (gaskets with oil resistance required)

Silica gel (food grade gasket temperature -100~+250℃)
