FAQ： How to choose rubber material?

⒈ Rubber products forming, after high pressure, because of the cohesion of the elastic body can not be eliminated, in the molding of the die, often produce unstable shrinkage (rubber shrinkage rate, due to different rubber), must be after a period of time, to slow and stable. Therefore, when a rubber product design at the beginning, regardless of formula or mold, need to be carefully calculated with, if not, it is easy to produce product size instability, resulting in low product quality.

⒉ Rubber is a heat-soluble thermosetting elastomer, and plastic is heat-soluble and cold-setting. Rubber due to sulfide types of the main body is different, its molding curing temperature range, there is a considerable gap, and even because of climate change, indoor temperature and humidity. Therefore, the production conditions of rubber manufactured products need to be adjusted moderately at any time, if not, it may produce differences in product quality.

3. Rubber products are made of rubber raw materials after the mixing machine is made of rubber as raw materials. When mixing rubber products, the formula is designed according to the characteristics of rubber products required, and the required product hardness is determined. 4.
