What are the storage requirements for rubber products?

After cleaning the product should be dried at room temperature, not close to the heat source. The environment for storing rubber products should be kept clean.
2, light: rubber products should be stored away from light, especially to avoid strong sunlight and ultraviolet radiation. Uv protective packaging provides the best protection. It is recommended that the Windows of the warehouse be painted with red or orange paint or film.
3, deformation: rubber products should be placed in a free and relaxed state to avoid stretching, compression, other deformation, such as not hanging, stacking, etc.
4, storage period: The storage period of rubber parts is determined by the type of rubber material.
5, oxygen and ozone: rubber materials should avoid exposure to circulating air. This can be done by packing, wrapping, storing in an airtight container or other suitable means. In the storage space, it is not appropriate to have equipment that can produce ozone, such as mercury vapor lamps, high-voltage electrical appliances that are easy to produce electrical sparks or static electricity, and electric motors.
6, temperature: 5℃ to 25℃ is the ideal storage temperature, should not be higher than 25℃. Avoid contact with heat sources and sunlight. Products taken out of low temperature storage should be placed in a normal temperature environment for more than 10 minutes before use.
7, humidity: the relative humidity of the warehouse should be less than 70%. To avoid too wet or too dry, do not appear condensation phenomenon.
8, radiation: to avoid ionizing radiation damage to the product.
9, packaging: rubber products shall not contact solvents, grease, magnetic materials and other materials that damage rubber. Do not use PVC material to package products. Products of different materials shall not be mixed together.
