The Mooney viscosimeter is used to measure the plasticity of rubber compound. Reasonable control of the Mooney viscosity value of rubber is conducive to the rubber mixing, rolling, extrusion, injection and molding vulcanization and other processing technology, so that the vulcanized rubber can obtain good physical and mechanical properties.
The Moeney viscosity method is quick and easy to test the plasticity of rubber materials without the need to make standard shape samples.
